At Aksharathalukal, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our users, whether they are readers or authors. We offer a wide variety of premium content, books, and services for your enjoyment. However, due to the nature of digital content, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy:
No Refunds
Please note that Aksharathalukal does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Coins or virtual currency used to unlock premium content.
- Access to premium content or books.
- Any fees paid for subscription or content entry, whether it is a one-time or recurring payment.
Once a transaction is completed and payment has been processed, it is final, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations
- Premium Content Access: You may choose to cancel access to premium content at any time, but this will not entitle you to a refund. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to the content you’ve paid for.
- Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, any remaining balances or purchased content will not be refunded, and access to premium content will be revoked.
Exceptions
In rare cases where we determine that a refund is necessary due to an error or technical issue caused by Aksharathalukal, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Dispute Resolution
If you feel that there has been an issue with your purchase or service, please contact our customer support team at support@aksharathalukal.in. We will work with you to resolve any concerns. However, please note that as per our policy, refunds will not be granted except in exceptional circumstances.
